Room was really nice, venue looked nothing like the website. Place looked rundown and no maintenance has been done in a while. No water when we had loadshedding borehole pump, overall was okay, Petro was very nice and helpfulRooms: 4/5

Beautiful lodging place away from the noise of the city/town. It's very chilled and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable. The place could use a little more air conditioning because, WOW, the heat is on another level! None the less we are enjoying our stay here, Petro is a great very helpful and prompt host

Worst place we’ve been to. No service from owner, doesn’t respond or takes forever to. Liked the place from daddy deals and decided to pay directly to owner. Couldn’t sleep, not the cleanest place. Not as advertised at all. Checked out a day early and had to pay for another place.Rooms: 1/5

What a wonderful place. Petro and Tia were just wonderful. We my partner and i had booked a room for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and also just to get away from the bustle of JHB. The story is hilarious. I had given my partner the wrong address and he drove all All the way to where I had directed him. Only to end up at the wrong lodge. We called Petro and she was so extremely helpful. We actually both laughed at the fact that we were at the wrong place. She directed us from where we were . Upon arrival was Tia, such a sweet lady. Who showed us our room and everything we needed. Tia also prepared a tasting breakfast for us. We did not get to meet Petro but we were ok with that as we felt that we were well taken care of. I will recommend this place to anyone. It’s close to city center which is great when you want to grab something to eat or just experience the night life. With that said… its far enough not to feel crowded. I love this place. OH AND THE BATH TUB IS HEAVENLY

Petro and her team did a great job in making Dad's 80th birthday bash one very special occasion....the food was absolutely delicious!!

Beautiful scenery, mountains for days and the clouds and sky are just so beautiful around December,owners are sweet and the staff is the most friendly and helpful
