During my recent visit to this clinic, I found the service to be lacking. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am, however, I wasn't seen until nearly 9:50 am. While I acknowledge that some delays are inevitable in a medical environment, the considerable waiting time was inconvenient. I was told that the doctor was on his own this morning, so in not so many words, 'deal with it'. Having paid for the consultation upfront, I was not prepared for the subsequent lengthy wait. The payment seemingly anchored me to an unexpectedly drawn-out waiting process. The consultation itself was marked by the doctor's intermittent presence, creating additional delays. This inconsistent approach disrupted the flow of my consultation, and a surprise interruption by the doctor's practice partner added further disorder. I was left questioning whether my initial reason for visiting was adequately addressed. On a positive note, the clinic's support staff and nurses performed efficiently, demonstrating good coordination. The clinic's service requires improvement, specifically in time management and professional conduct. It's evident that managing a busy practice presents challenges, but these should not impact negatively on the patient experience.
It has been a journey and to be honest they were so caring loving, showing support and motivating. Finally I got my positive result. I'm 6 weeks pregnant with twins. They know exactly what they are doing. The stuff is amazing they deserve
Dr Tasneem Mohammed at bioart is the reason I am a mum today! She truely is a God sent and an amazing doctor. I struggled for 4 years to fall pregnant and Dr Mohammed managed to make my dream come true. Before seeing Dr Mohammed I fell pregnant but miscarried. Her diagnosis and treatment was on point, as with just one treatment, we saw success with both pregnancies. I am a high risk diabetic patient and I managed to carry both babies to term under her advice and fertility regimen. Along with her team Dr Mohammed comes highly recommended! Bioart has become a household name with me when I talk to friends and family who struggle with fertility. Every message I sent her throughout both my pregnancies no matter how trivial my concerns, my questions have always been addressed by Dr Mohammed. She connects with you and your story and makes you feel like the only patient she has. I had a beautiful journey with the team and I never felt more reassured and cared for throughout this journey. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful family I have today because of her skill talent and dedication.
Bioart team is the best, God bless them all. Am I the only one who realised that dr Ziad will have husbands sign consent forms and have them pay for an acupuncture you never had he will later say you had it during aspiration which nurses have no knowledge of we going through a lot already the last thing we need is to be scammed. Can the hospital attend to this scam going on in the hospital.
Thank you so much BioART Team for making my dreams come true! A special thank you to Dr. Dasoo & Dr. Cassim for not giving up hope when mine was failing. Today, my husband and I are finally expecting Twins! The staff are amazing and very friendly. They made me feel right at home and answered every question I had. They explain everything to you, and they give the instructions in written format incase you forget what you’ve been told. All my emails were always answered and phone calls returned. I would absolutely recommend BioArt without a second thought. @Sr Princess, thank you so much for praying with me and trusting God for this process to be a success. God bless you all .
My experience with BioART clinic was amazingly great. Dr Mohamed, Dr Dasoo and Dr Cassim truely you are my heroes ....truly not all heroes wear capes. You gave me hope in a seemingly hopeless situation. I now have a child!!! The sisters are equally great... Special mention to sister Dore and Sr Umeh. They made me feel like am the only patient they ever attended to... Everyone is just good. Even the guy from accounts department.. Always greets with a smile. Special mention again to the car guard. He is very good and important for the business. I will definitely come again.
Tasmai was great indeed. It was my first time to go to the clinic. I needed more information and I was nervous but she managed to calm me down with her smile and approach. I felt welcomed and it was easy to talk to her. I'm from Middleburg Mpumalanga but I felt at home. The place itself it's clean .all I wanted was more info but I ended up making an appointment because I was happy with the information that I got today. Going to BioART was the best decision we ever made. From the moment we walked in every one was so friendly and helpful. The doctors are so professional and answered absolutely every question I had. The sisters are always responding to my messages so promptly. They will literally feel like part of your journey and you'll know each other on a first name basis. My ivf process was not as scary as I thought it would be. Everything was quick and alhamdulila it was a success first time. I'm definitely going back as we also managed to freeze some embryos. A BIG thank you to The Bio Art Team! The staff are friendly and their procedures effective. Every procedure is informative and the sisters explain in detail everything you need to know as well as providing printed info incase you forget anything once you've left the clinic. Visits with the Dr's, Cassim, Dasoo and Mohammed show that they are knowledgeable in their field. All may seem unclear at first but when all is done, there's the assurance that they know what they're doing. Thank you again and keep up the good work. Regards Expectant Mommy
