The first time I met Simon, I was in agony for days with a shoulder spasm. His insight, knowledge and empathy has been a huge support. I’ve been a regular client since 2018, seeing him once a month. His professional yet comforting mannerism makes every visit pleasant and enjoyable. I would highly recommend him as a BSR specialist.
I have been going to body stress release since 2021 due to the serious headaches i experience from a car accident i had in 2005. The headaches become unbearable as i had damaged my head as i experienced 50 fractures. I was introduced to Simon Green. Needless to say I was very surprised at the outcome after a few sessions. My headaches eased off and I found myself feeling so much better and taking alot less medication to ease the everyday headaches I experienced. I know that when the pain gets bad, one of these sessions relieve the pain immediately. As gentle as the treatment is, you definitely feel the difference the next day. For a person who suffers with headaches everyday due to my head injury, this treatment has been the most effective treatment and has helped me cope much better. I strongly suggest it as it has changed alot for me. The results are very good.
Before BSR I had constant pains in my hips and shoulders and headaches were a regular thing. With Simon’s help and regular monthly session, no more headaches, and pains and aches are limited as opposed to being the norm. I recommend BSR and Simon whenever I can.
