The guy in the washing bay used excessive force and scratched all four of my rims as well as my brake calipers, the manager, Natasha and owner are denying liability. If you want your vehicle damaged and in a worse off condition, visit this car wash.Services: Vacuuming
Extremely slow and poor service. Waited 30 minites for them to start cleaning my car as they had no space. Do not recommend
Quick and well done service. The staff were well courteous and delivered as expected. Would have had 5 stars but the sitting area was not so clean. Otherwise super good. Dont have a price comparison but might review this comment should i try somewhere else
I came in with a big job, like absolutely filthy inside and out kind of big job, and told the guy to take his time and be meticulous. He absolutely went above and beyond and cleaned every little nook and cranny of my car! Brilliant work! My car has never been cleaner! He took his time but did exactly as I had asked and I'd rather it take longer and be perfect then a quick surface job. Very very happy!
Normally have always had great service from Nzymz Car Wash, however, today’s service was not up to their usual par. Car was washed rather quickly and still left dirty. Took this up with a worker and she half heartedly wiped the spots where I pointed out were still dirty.
Excellent service! Fast and they do a great job! I suggest you get the Executive package to clean your car! You can relax as there is a nice seating place outdoors, while you wait for your car to be washed. There is a Vidae Cafe at the shell and the convenience store which allows you to grab a quick snack and a drink while you wait.
Ngongz is the best at keeping my baby looking and smelling fresh. I visit the car wash every Friday and everyone is always happy and friendly. Vida cafe also serves the best hot chocolate while I wait for my car.
