From the moment I drove into the car wash, I was met by big smiles from the staff which made me feel at ease. I chose the type of wash I wanted for my car and the team proceeded to wash the car. They have a nice spacious lounge so you don’t have stand outside while they wash. But what I liked is that they have two options to either sit inside while they wash or outside. This is coming from a person who never uses car washes due to constant dissatisfaction. However I tried these guys out and I was very impressed, everything was cleaned the way its supposed to be, from the wheel arches & wheels to in-between the door jams. I highly recommend Xzibit Wash & Wax. These guys are doing it right, using the correct products for the intended purposes, and for the price I honestly think as a customer we are getting way more than we are paying for. Awesome car wash, staff are all friendly and welcoming and show maticulous attention to detail. The sitting area and business lounge are both well designed and setup for relaxation. I am so excited that I came across Xzibit Wash and Wax. I own a fleet of staff busses and I was looking for a car wash that has that attention to detail type of service so I put the guys to the test. I sent in 2 of my vehicles and to be quite honest I let the guys work without any interference. I watched them as they looked and cleaned stuff that I didn't even take notice of. I was welcomed by a polite manager Mr John and the owner Mr X and they kept me company from start to finish. The team of guys are awesome and very professional, they cleaned my vehicles to the tea. Recently had my mind blown. Stopped for a simple carwash and the experience changed me. Upon arrival my vehicle was booked in and I was ushered to X&O's Lounge. Inside there was old school arcade gaming, pool tables and tons of eye candy as I browsed the vehicle accessories department. I then ventured outside and to my surprise I find a pond, the outside chill spot gave me access to braai areas and tv's to watch all the soccer my heart desired. After consuming the best wors roll I have ever tasted I was notified my car was ready. My car has never been cleaner. it actually felt like a new car. Every nook and cranny was cleaned from the aircon vents to in between my center consol. My car had a shine on it and I feel the wash lasts for a week if not longer. Xzibit Wash & Wax is taking a car wash experience to a whole new level offering entertainment for not only kids but more importantly adult kids! Had my new P Series bakkie washed at this establishment. Very professional staff. Vehicle was cleaned thoroughly, and was left looking like I just drove it off the showroom floor. High quality products used. The Manager, John continually checked that the washing, vacuuming and final dressing of the vehicle was done to impeccable standards.
