Black Mountain Hotel Thabanchu

I paid in 2019 November for Easter holidays 2020 ,they were closed due to COVID till today haven't received my money back or new bookings dates......they said they'll get back to me after lock down, still nothing

Wonderful place to be, the staff are VERY helpful, at any time with anything GREAT service. Always SUPERB being there. The place itself looks MARVELOUS, it's a great adventure, Black Mountain is beyond beautiful.

I'm so disappointed in this place . I booked and payed upfront for a get away with friends and they had problems with electricity, they kept changing the date and now they just went silent after promising us our refund. Till date no response from them or anything. If they only refunded us in time to book somewhere else but now we're still playing kat and mouse with them.

Its a well positioned place. However the service is below par. The place needs to maintained as it is falling apart.

So, so much potential. Beautiful area and architecture also beautiful but this hotel needs a lot of maintenance! I wish I could have seen it in its prime.Rooms: 2/5
