Their service is not very satisfactory. Sometimes the food is uncooked or not cooked to perfection especially Their meat. I really dont understand why there is only one cashier even when the queues are quite long. This happens most of the time whereby one would wait in the queue for more than 30 minutes to place an order and another 10 minutes to collect the order. On top of that one can not enjoy their meal in peace cause there are always homeless people asking for money or food inside the premises
A 2nd branch in Thaba Nchu or a bigger space and more staffed KFC would do. The queues are always is in ALWAYS terribly longer that even service rendering can't keep up. The shop is always overpacked so much that it offers no comfort or security on personal belongings where one opts for sit down services. Self help electronic machine has limited products or else u end up ordering what's not as yet available in the store. A total MESS this one
Love the self-service terminals. All went well. I just don't like how the parking attendants can get a little harassing, especially when you have GP number place, or anything that showa that you're out of town.Food: 5/5
During month end oders take long. Would strongly recommend you order online. The staff is very nice and the overall service is very good.
The worst kfc I've ever been to. Ordered online went and did some rounds and still waited more than 2 hours when I went to pickup. Simply the worst.

Pretty good place, apart from the long wait for orders, the staff is friendly and explains everything accordingly. And as for their products they are a hundred percent, so it's a four star for me till they improve their service regarding how long clients wait
Safety precautions are taken, waiting time is for orders was not long, maybe because it was not too busy & packed. But overall I had a good visit and service. Thank you
It gets too full during peak times. They need to extend or look for bigger premises to be able to accommodate everyone. Otherwise the service is great.
The service was so fast and satisfactory. Being help with a great smile is one of the key factor. I'm honestly happy of the service.
