I had a terrible experience at the Benoni branch, they don't care about their customers and they take way too long to submit grades to psira. Finally when my certificate arrived my Surname was spelt incorrectly, I was told to wait 2-3 weeks for it to return. I don't recommend the institution to anyone, their customer service is 0/10 so I'll give them 0/10.

They don't care about the costumer, reception lady full of drama..... She don't care at all, I took an hours to get help
