STAY AWAY! 90% of the time the test station is non functional anyway... They have a brake workshop basically connected to their building so guess what they failed me for??? Yes you are right! Brakes! I took my vehicle straight to the agents as its not an old vehicle... they checked and made a few adjustments but could not find anything wrong.... i went back... failed again... went back to the agents.... they then bled the entire brake system and made more adjustments.... still could not find anything wrong....?!? Went back for a 3rd time... failed again.... then the examiner mentioned that they could sort out the problem in their workshop... "Was kind of waiting for this moment and these words" Wont be surprised if both businesses belong to the same owner...  After that i took my vehicle to 2 separate roadworthy centers just for a brake test and in both it PASSED... May be a clever way of generating business until it starts catching up to you.... I called the examiner and mentioned all of this... she took my details and told me the manager would call me. Guess what.. they never called me.... and i cannot get through to anyone..... Tried numerous times... Workshop right next to a test station.... possibly owned by the same owner? I have not yet confirmed this.... but is this even legal? Surely this gets seen as conflict of interest? Be warned.... Stay away... Rather go to Stikland, Strand or Somerset West.

The testing official was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and professional. The red head receptionist with the nose ring is rude, unprofessional and very disrespectful. After arriving several minutes late for work she started doing her make up before attending to people in the queue, plugged her phone in to charge and when questioned on the 14 day retest rule she started howling nonsensical technicalities that were factually incorrect. When I noted her needless belligerence she smirked and proceeded to ask if anyone else needed help before resolving my issue. It's really disgusting to see how some people take such pride in having a hostile attitude toward doing their job.

Friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this test station! I give them 100%.

Stay away from this place they will find you problems and then advice you they have a work shop next door. Plus they dont give a print out from the machine that do the test. They just write problem by hand 1 by 1. If you want problem and waste time and money then have a try, but I'm never going there again. Do your self a huge favour and go on Google maps search stickland service station and go there you can thank me later.

It seems someone is submitting false information regarding this testing station. An application to correct this has been submitted. Please note opening times are from 8am to 5pm Monday and 8am to 12pm on Saturdays. The location is 33 Anfield Road, Blackheath.  Thank you for your continued support
