Excellent and I service. Drove in without an appointment. My car was done within an hour. In addition, my phone nattery was flat and the lady at reception made a plan to assist me. Very friendly staff. They treated me like I was working there. Excellent!!!

Very thougher and professional in what they do . It's done to the book in a proper manner . Staff are also proffesional and respectful in carrying out their duties.

Most pathetic scam ever run.....they charge more than average. Secondly they do not warn the owners of old vehicles that they will most definitely fail due to ware...then they will fail your vehicle and declare it unroadworthy . So please if your vehicles are on the road but you need change of ownership done....avoid dekra they will screw you over badly....they failed me based on steering colum boot being there but heat perished, its not power steering or electric steering so its just a dust cover basically.they would rather fight among them selfs who test drives the BMW sport models Pathetic..... no knowledge on vehicle safety crucial items.... avoid them....if you still want to drive your car on the road....their results is linked on natis...so be aware
