Horrible, the worst service ever, long turnaround times, lack of communication, unprofessionalServices: Painting

The floor manager is rude. Doesn't know how to talk to clients. They didn't fix my car up to stand.

Not happy at all. Seems the service advisor cannot be trusted. Specifically asked if new headlights were set. He confirmed is was, guess what, not done. Vehicle unsafe to drive in the dark. Body panels does not align. Very bad experience as vehicle were returned and had to wait another week and still not satisfactory. Would not recommend them.

Poor service. Old ladies there who need to be on pension. They are very choosy which work to undertake. Choosing insurances. Pathetic, just needs new managementService: Body & Trim

Zero Star Review. Pity I cannot give less! this was my worst experience ever. Took my car for minor repairs, which should have taken not more than 1 week. Only after the 3rd attempt, and 1 month later did I get my car back. Staff & Owner dis-interested. No Courtesy Car available! Don't ever take your vehicle to Auto Magic Vereeniging, as you will regret it. You are fore-warned!

EXTREMELY disappointed and frustrated with Automagic Vereeniging. Repairs were made, sure, but more damage was also done in the process. My car's badge was cracked for some reason and had to be replaced, and all of a sudden my hooter isn't working When I took my car there, both were fine. I was told it would be logged with the insurance and fixed but it's still the same, it's been more than 5 months now, and every time I call to follow up, there's a new story

My car was professionally repaired at a good price..Very friendly and good service ill recommend them to everyone I know...
