We bought a new Fuso FJ 8 ton truck from New Vaal in 2019. It was fitted with a tautliner curtainside body fitted by their approved truck body supplier. The roof of the body towards the rear has started to cave in as a result of poor workmanship on the part of their body supplier. I contacted New Vaal and they said I should contact the body manufacturer. Which I found weird as we bought the truck from New Vaal with the body already fitted according to our specs. When we bought the truck and when we need to service our truck we are New Vaal's customer. We didn't have a choice in which truck body supplier New Vaal use to fit their trucks. But now that there was a problem we had to deal with the truck body supplier directly. Anyways the supplier quoted 23k to repair and reinforce the truck body. After further complaints they dropped it down to 7k. We still tried to see if New Vaal would come to the party cover this cost as goodwill. Which unsurprisingly they weren't interested. What I also found very interesting is that New Vaal no longer use this truck body supplier anymore. Obviously because of poor service and workmanship related issues. But yet they don't want to be held accountable for their poor choice in supplier. Typical. Needless to say we will no longer be doing business with this dealership. I've posted some pics of the New Vaal approved truck body fitted to our truck. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
Horrible service, would like to specifically point out the guy called Andile who was supposed to assist us. His incompetency is beyond and unfortunately there was no one to help us. Very disappointing service
My online booking was messed up. I had to wait while other customers were being served. I was not happy. I booked online for the convenience. Not to still wait at dealership. The guy assisting me was a bit irritable, even to other colleagues. Otherwise I appreciated the driver for making sure I make if for my 09h00 meeting. He was very friendly. The service was done well and my car was ready by 14h00, which I also appreciated.
Received fantastic service from Louisa and Alicia. Freindly and efficient!
We visit and was surprise with the interieer of the new Alfa Romeo look a like the Ferrari's. We love Alfas and may be drive one in the near future.

I was booked in for the wrong date to one that was discussed. There was no driver to get me to work on time, after I expressed my concern about transport. They will find every & any excuse to charge you extra for something. I will not be returning.
Great service from New Vaal motors. Please guys, schedule the skitpan events on Saturday. I have missed 2 invites already and really wanna experience it.
