Thank you Hansie Morgan and his team for the excellent repair and spray painting of my Volkswagen Polo Comfortline. It looks like the day I drove out at Lindsay Saker's showroom when I bought it. I want to thank the receptionist Mariaan for the warm and friendly welcome. You are highly recommended as a service provider for any insurance company. I would also like to thank you for the courtesy vehicle you lend us during the repair time.

Repaired two of our vehicles, staff went the extra mile to assist us, they were kind, polite and very professional. Alfa Trio turns an irritating situation around and makes it bearable. I can recommend them 100 percent.
This was my first dealing with Alfa Trio and I was extremely disappointed. Not at all what I expected from a business everybody rant and rave about. Waited 4 weeks for my car due to miscommunication between Alfa Trio and PG Glass. I was told that some small chips and a small dent in the driver door would be fixed as a courtesy. That was not done. No inspection was done after fitment of the windscreen. Windscreen cowling was broken and the part had to be ordered. Another miscommunication on who would order and fit it. Had to take my childrens car back twive before we where happy. We receivesmd a courtasy car, with a empty tank amd prayed every time that a traffic officer would not stop us for I dont think this vechile ia road worthy. Been their got the receipt will never go back.

Arrived at Alfa trio to pick up my parts that arrived months ago but was never spray painted until I asked them two weeks ago what was going on. They told me that it was going to be Painted the same day.That was two weeks ago. Then I arrived there this morning I was told that I must wait because they were in a meating. After waiting for about 20 minutes I left and was very upset, how can anyCompany let it's Clients sit and wait for so long and nobody els is there to assist us I mean really do they think that we dont have anything els to do there service is terible and they make promises that they dont keep USELESSServices: Painting
My vehicle has been with them for 3 and a half months and they are still waiting for parts after they told me the car is 99% finished. Estimated completion dates have been postponed for the last 6 weeks. Feedback on the progress of the repairs doesn't exist unless you call them! Promises are being made and broken for the last 6 weeks and you cannot trust them or take their word. Why do we have to insist on normal service and feedback at established workshops when it's supposed to be mandatory? Lastly, I'm utterly disappointed in the overall experience I have with them. Personnel do not care about keeping you up to date, breaking promises, telling lies, without any valid explanation. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! If you need a place where you can rely on people to keep you up to date, I advise you to stay away from them. I never thought service could be appalling, but they have proven me wrong. Stay Away!!!
