Bloemfontein Greyhound.

Had a return trip from Bloemfontein to Mosselbay. To Mosselbay was like this: - Bus was 3.5 hours late. - Aircon did not work - Little cockroaches running around everywhere - Eventually arrived 5 hours late - The crew did were not communicating Back to Bloemfontein : - Again little cockroaches running around everywhere - The crew did communicate - Bus was on time - Aircon worked

By far the most rubbish and unprofessional bus experience. Bus is 1h30mins late. No text or email was sent. Not even an apology from Greyhound

Bad experience, the personel were rude to us and lied repeatedly, the bus was over 3 hours late and the people on the bus were just as rude... Do not recomend

If you think Intercape is bad then the Greyhound station shared with Eldocoaches is where the danger is. I'm close to tears.

Booked a bus for 19:30 and it's 21:30 already. There was no sort of communication, nothing. I had high hopes since this would be my first experience with Greyhound. Highly disappointed.

Can't complain,great service ever,very comfortable we had a nice and safe trip from Bloemfontein to Durban,I wish greyhound can come back,we are tired of Intercape and their bad service,please come back

The best service from any company I have received inany a year. Quintin was very helpful and tried to assist me with a booking by a third party that had one of the rudest help desk people I have ever encountered. Thank you Quintin. In you your company have found a excellent worker.

I travelled from CPT to BFN. The bus experience is good. The dream liner is comfortable even though the usb charger in seat 10D wasn't working. They stayed on schedule, arriving to the destination with 5min to spare. Great bus service! The waiting area at the BFN tourism center is okay although they couldn't give me the log in details of the WiFi. I have been told that the WiFi for guests hasn't been available all week. That the coupons that were printed out had expired/weren't connecting.

Bus arrived 3 hours late. Waiting area noisy and inadequate to house waiting departees. General commons where it is situated is not traffic friendly and rather 'unsavoury'! Texperien, booking experience was good and price reasonable. Will try other service providers though before i use it again.

Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish!! Booked tickets to travel at 12:15 a.m we were told there was a 30 minute delay went to the reception an hour later to ask what's happening and the coloured lady as the desk was extremely rude to us, it was appaling. Never again will i ever book nor set foot in a greyhound/citiliner bus. Im disgusted
