Always a pleasure using their coach. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable. The only thing they can improve is the wifi situation.
Compared to three years ago, the service is not the same. There's some kind of decline in service. I once had to be exchanged from one bus to the third because two of them stuck within the province. The other one popped smoke from the engine and mechanics couldn't fix it. This happened first week of this year. I suggest they go back to prayer sessions in their busses.
Well we were dropped off at the Johannesburg station at 4 and told our Greyhound bus would be there any minute. After 3 phone calls and no one sure what was happening. Three and half hours later the bus arrives. We had to stand the entire time. The toilet on the bus did not have enough water and by 10 that night no one could use it. We arrived in PE at 10:30 the morning. Pray returning works out better.
Our Deaf Family friend booked a trip from Vereeniging back to Pretoria and bus was late 12:10 PM never happened then when she was called to find out where she was 2 hours later we had to rush to get the next bus 216. Upon helping her on the bus there was food all over the bus and seats, and driver was lying on a chair like he was on Holiday. When we asked to please cleanup the mess she was tolled to do it herself... This stage the harrasement started towards her and she asked to leave the bus. This was declined and they kept closing the door in her face twice, until someone on the bus assisted in getting her off the bus. This is pathetic service from a Top Line Transport Agency and doubtfull this will get to Management but Well Done.............

Travelled at night, Driver and his assistant did adhere to passengers Request to switch off Aircon, we were subjected to freezing bus for 6 hours.
I hated my recent experience. When booking a bus tickwt with a kid, they should reserve a two seat that can accommodate a kid and the mother.
