I'm very disappointed and utterly disgusted by the level of service I reacived from post office, in kagisanong... I have sent my parcel on the 25th of Jan 2021, the parcel that was supposed to take 2 days to reach its destination, I went on the 8th of Feb to check on my parcel I was told all the parcel goes to Bloemfontein post office... I called the office got assisted by the lady who referred me to Mbulelo the guy never called back or do a follow up I went back again to kagisanong yesterday 18th February, to find out what happened . Nobody knows what happened to my parcel as is not tracerble, to make matters worse I had to fill a firm of inquiry. .to my surprise they didn't have that form. Still my parcel hasn't reached its destination . This is the worst service ever.
The woman on the switchboard was so rude to me, I called 3 times and she dropped the phone and when I told her she dropped the phone when I called earlier she started shouting and even called her friend Thandi. And the she put me on hold until I ran out of airtime. Worst part is that they didn’t help me and my parcels have been with them for more than a month now.
I am very disappointed by the service I got from this post office today, The man working at teller number 10 was so rude didn't attend us, just told us to wait which is rude
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Staff is incomptenent,lazy,dont want to check for packages, 2 staff members for enquiries, lines are ridiculously long, "system is offline". Service there is nonsense. I'm taking this complaint to their head office. Appalling!!!
Poor bad service. Everytime I call in no one answers the phone and my enquiry never got attended. Staff is lazy to check if packages have arrived or have been sent out. I would never use the post office ever again for anything.
Not enough staff. Queues can become really long as if one is at a public clinic.
Poor poor service. Please make sure you don't send anything to this post office.
Typical government institution..... Cashier just leaves us without anyone going on lunch....
Shortage of staff, much time spent on the ques, poor customer service.
