Brandwag Post Office

Poor service. They dont even answer their phones. Instead they just put it down. Ive been trying to get ahold of them for three weeks to find out if my parcel has arrived. As accrding to the tracking info it is there.

I'm in USA, mailed a package to my father ,to old age home. Called numerous times made contact and employees cannot find this package with the tracking number. Employees cannot explain why? Obviously it's stolen! Brandwag has admitted on national tv their system is broken. Totally disgusted.

My journey started at one post office whose license printer was not working... Which meant I had to go to another one who was closed for loadshedding. Got to this one and what a pleasure.. From a helpful Security guard to quick service.... Thanks... I needed you guys today..

Visited this post office to renew my car license, and from that point of view it works rather fast and efficient. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. It was also possible to pay the license fee with you card, last year it was only cash.

Standing in front of counter with a lady who has a bad attitude as if I had bothered her while she was home enjoying her favourite show. Do not seem at all interested finding my parcel and was not more enthusiastic to help any other clients as well as. Poor poor poor service.

Staff normally friendly. Time to service: 5min per customer. You can normally que 15min before opening time to be assisted quickly. Own services quick but Wish ans Aliexpress parcels seems to beat the system. Normally takes long to find these and then the SAPO requires a R24 handling fee.

You have so many bad reviews yet you insist on not doing anything to improve your customer service. I have called a total of 12 times today with no under. Attention Management, I suggest you take you and your team go for retraining.

You cannot complain about service that is non-existent. I have been waiting for a parcel for 2 weeks and upon asking when the parcel will arrive "Uh... try again next week". Even after I offered to fetch it in the CBD.

Standing in the cue for more than an hour an then they tell you to come back as they cant find the parcel this was January got an sms in April to say the parcel is there.... Standing again for hours without service baf bad experience

Phone number not working and my parcel has been there for more than 25 working days they can't deliver from bloem to ladybrand Very poor service I will never use them ever again
