Service was friendly, the laundry was returned clean and the prices aren't steap.. Only gripe would be the duration of the process but other than that, happy client.

They do a good job but they get very busy. Make sure you call ahead and make sure that they have place for you. I was told that they could accommodate me but when I got there they were too full.

I recently moved to Pretoria and used this laundry, They have an efficient and fast system, Staff are polite and friendly. But in the Three times i used them, they Hot air tumble dried Shirts clearly Labeled to not do so resulting in them shrinking and Bleach stained one of my Black T-shirts. Overall i would not recommend using this Laundry as the service compared to the price they ask is absurd.

On a business trip with 7 staff and had to deal with Terrible service, mixed clothing and extremely rude and unprofessional. Initially agreed to do my laundry in 1 day ended up being 2 days and was abruptly chased out by the owner as if she is doing me a favour.

Very helpful and pleasant lady that helped me.

Always excellent service....pretty much use them weekly during the COVID 19 lockdown to iron.
