The place is phenomenal. I took my boyfriend for his birthday. Firstly, the romantic dinner was absolutely stunning and the set up was on another level . The suprise romantic turnover was well organized for us. The details were absolutely stunning . Their food, breakfast, service, cleanness, and friendliness was on another love. I really really enjoyed my stay there. Looking forward to another visit
Absolutely loved my stay here, the rooms are big and nicely decorated, stunning bathroom had a bath and shower. The food: is to die for, even breakfast which you would think is just boring, they made amazing. Service is top notch, everyone is very friendly and helpful.Rooms: 5/5
The rooms are super clean and the staff are so kind and friendly! Breakfast is incredible and the atmosphere is beautiful!
Bontle at reception is so welcoming and accommodative. She arranged the executive suite for us to no additional cost and is kind and professional. It's unfortunate the Spa is completely closed. Wish to visits again when it's open. Minor maintenance also required to upkeep this beautiful property.
Friendly helpful staff who could not do enough to make our stay pleasant. We were a wedding party of 12 and they set up table in dining area for all our meals..the friendly attention given by staff was amazing. Well done!! Only problem there was no tv available in downstairs bedrooms.
Personally not a massage person so I got my partner a session because he's been complaining about back tension and he loved it. I live for food and the malva pudding was to die for. Great staff service.Service: 5/5

Amazing place to stay. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We used the hotel to dress and get our bridal party ready for our daughter's wedding. They also spent their first night there. The staff went out of their way to make it really special.
The ladies at the reception have a bad attitude and they don’t know customer service.. I will never book at this hotel again and will even not recommend it to people.. The owner of this hotel must do them selves a favour and hire new staff, Mmathabo and other ladies at the reception are going to bring your business down!!!
