Very friendly shopping experience. Security staff very helpful. A nice atmosphere. Restaurant's are lots to choose from. Ubure taxes available. Trolley helpers are on hand. All in all a nice experience.
Conveniently situated during the comrades season, however it is important to note that the one apartment is on the upper level, which means stairs. A spacious aparment for sleeping numerous guests. Lovely pool outside and the balcony has a view. The sea can be heard at night, which is relaxing. Could do with some additional parking.
This place deserves a 5 star rating for its spectacular views and location. However, the 3 star rating here is related to their WiFi network being extremely slow and disconnects often. The jacuzzi in the top floor penthouse smells of sewage when turned on, this is definitely due to the filters being neglected and was a real downer for us as we looked forward to using it. Just a little better upkeep of the property and you have a 5 star venue for family holidays as well as company team building.
stayed there from the 14 October till 17 October 2016 with my colleagues. we enjoyed our stay .Thank you charity for always keeping our apartments clean. But am very disappointed on how the manager runs things there she promised to pay back our keys and breakage deposits within 7days but till today am struggling to get her to pay us our key and breakage deposit
Beautiful place. Wonderful people. Jackie and the lady are so welcoming and friendly. the place had absolutely everything we needed. definitely going back. i would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in Durban

Very nice place, beautiful ocean view from large deck. Cute, clean splash pool. Breakfast was more than enough
A lovely establishment. I had arrival times and departure times that fell out of the norm. I was catered for. Really enjoyed my stay there, would recommend this place to others.
Beautiful views from the rooms. The staff is wonderful and always ready to help. Its close to the Bluff beaches which is amazing, all in all the place is peaceful
Safe parking needs to be beefed up. The last night before I left I had to park outside although we were stayed for a week. Nobody had the decency to inform me.
