I had the worst experience ever. The nail technician couldn't do what they advertised on their Instagram page. I ended up doing nails I didn't like and she was complaining saying why am I choosing long nails because it is is too much work for her. The nails are ugly and have no shape. I'm very disappointed
Bob cut Pretoria branch is k**k. Appointments are useless cause they follow "who came here first" rule, so what's the use of appointment then if you could wait for 5 hours to do nails? They'll keep you busy giving you wine, i went there at 13h00 and returned by 18h00 when they close but didn't do my nails because why? Why are slow, playing around to pass time i suppose. How can you run a special for nails for a day then have only 1 nail tech to do it? I waited and waited and waited, then went to ask the nail tech on when will she be done and she told me she is knocking off. Ehhh if i didn't ask when will they tell me she is knocking off? So basically i went there just to drink their wine. Many people returned. Shame i had a bad experience since i was my first time going there and i told them i have to look pretty on for my birthday and they couldn't care less. I repeat Bob cut Pretoria branch is k**k.
My nail tech Sli, never misses!! She always delivers... I am super happy. Bona boss man, give that lady a raise!!!!!!
Had the worst experience ever, i asked them if they do hair installations they agreed i asked again to be sure they the said the do them, i had the worst hair installation ever I could have done it even better myself I highly do not recommend that salon for hair installations they do not know how to do them!!! I was even guiding that lady on how to install because she didn’t know. Hair straightening? JHB CBD branch they have no hair care knowledge when it comes to washing and relaxing hair. Service is poor. They are always full so they just want to finish your head and go to make money on the nextService: Hairstyling
Worse first time experience…I went there to do my hair and nails of which I ended up not doing because of their poor service. We got there at 8 in the morning and the hairstylists were on teatime which took an hour then when they come back I was told there was no hairpiece 1million no. 1 & 2 there was ombré only, I was told someone had gone to buy them across the road….it took another hour. I had to cancel everything coz I wasted the whole 2 hours and I was the first one for braiding on the list.Service: Hairstyling
The Midrand branch is useless and the stuff there doesn’t know their job . I went there on the 24th of December , a day before I tried to make an appointment and they advised me that they do not take bookings walk ins only. I went there at 8 am , the salon was closed and we stood on the que outside till 8:15 after they told me that they open at 8am . The salon finally opened and we started writing our names , we had to wait for the stylist whom started arriving at 8:30. No one apologized . I waited till my turn came and the hairdresser allocated to me was new and is still learning , I showed her the hairstyle she told me I have to choose another one as she won’t be able to do the one I wanted I appreciate her honestly finally got someone to do my hair 5 hours later she did a terrible job 3 days later the hair started to be lose and pulling out, I went back to the salon and they wanted me to pay more money to get it fixed . How crazy is that ? So every week I must go to the salon to fix my hair and pay again . The stuff there is demotivated for whatever reason , one of them even refused to help my hairdresser to braid me and when she eventually agreed she braided me while sitting and kept pulling my head .The front office people have no sense of urgency you literally have to beg them to assist . I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE . The styles they advertise on Facebook you will not find people who can do them in the salon.
Terrible experience, very lousy bobcut. I wouldnt advise anyone to vist the PTA branch. After calling to book,the previous day, i still waited over 45 mins. Like the salon which supposedly specializes in bobcut only had 1 technician to do the work. The hairdresser arrived with a truckload of stinky attitude. Not remorseful about arriving over 45mins later. Very bad people skills. Her name is Nokuthula. Honestly she should not be working there if she's that mean.Service: Hairstyling
There is so much disorder at the Rosebank branch. I arrived 15 mins early for my appointment, after an hour and a half of not being attended, I walked out and left. I had a bad experience at the Durban Musgrave branch as well, the gelish chipped the very next day after application. The inconvenience of having to go back to fix itServices: Eyebrow threading
I have alot to say would I go back? Yes, but not in Rosebank. Went there for the first time in Feb 2021 Jhb . Made an appointment, but when I arrived I was told it's a "first time, first serve" situation. I didn't mind, after sitting there for two and a half hours, listening to the ladies gossip and complaining about being overworked, I was told to come back the next day. Next day I went back to a different branch Jhb still and a nice lady did my nails, I was happy they looked very nice unfortunately I forgot her name I'd go back for her. October 2022, decided to give them another try, in Rosebank . waiting wasn't bad, +-30 minutes, but the lady who did my nails lol. - sikokuhle She looked like she doesn't want to work, my cuticles were on fire, making mistakes and wiping of the acrylic, my nails were bulky, she then had to do more filing meaning more pain for my cuticle area. Their work stations were so untidy, it was dirty in there , cockroachs running around. Yhooo.
