While in the mall on Sunday I went to the body shop looking for henna. When I walked in the two young ladies representing the store were both busy on their cell phones.  when I asked if they had stock of the product one of the girls looked up at me and without any enthusiam just said "I don't know what it is, we don't have it". This kind of service is unacceptable and people should not be paid for this.

Great shop to find last minute gifts for personal care.

In love with the body shop products. They are cruelty free and the quality is amazing. The specials are always bargains and I absolutely love the staff.

Such lovely staff! Friendly and helpful without being in the least bit pushy. Also: excellent music in the store.

As always a pleasant experience to this the Body Shop.
