Terrible experience. I waited for almost 40 minutes at the dispensary. It was so frustrating because it was not full. Very disappointing. The pharmacist was rude and quite slow. Customer service is clearly not a priority.
The waiting period at the pharmacy is just ridiculous really. The service is even worse!
The male pharmacist has insanely rude disposition and indifference towards helping with prescirptions. He is soooooo rude. The store closes a good half an hour before its meant to closenon Saturdays. Arrived at 16h45 and they were already closed. This Clicks is a disater.
The online service is the worst, even in store. The cashiers are rude even the online consultants. I placed an order online I have never got any email from clicks informing me about my order. I call them everyday to ask about my order they tell me different stories. Today they said my order was dropped at the store on the 29th of July… like htf am I supposed to know that if they don’t communicate with me… Clicks is the worst!!!
The service here is as bad as it gets, they have the don't care attitude in no hurry to help the next customer.
The pharmacist gave me the wrong prescription! This is madness
This clicks is quite nice, has very friendly staff esp a very old guy in the pharmacy. Well stocked and quick service at the counter
Great service from Mahlohonolo, went out of his way to help me get the items that were on promotion. If we could leave a tip I definitely would leave one.
It's always good to be at clicks, most of the things I need I get there pharmaceuticals. It's not always full which means there won't be standing on long ques the whole day, the tellers are also warm at heart which makes our shopping experience convenient & worthwhile.
I waited 2 hours on a queue to the dispensary! They are so slow it’s frustrating. They will call one number more than 3 times even though they can see the person with that number is not coming.
