Woolworths Woodlands

Worst experience at this woolworths. In my opinion the management and staff are unfriendly and rude. My wife received gifts from her colleagues and of coarse we did not have the original receipt but the tags where left on the items. We get to the customer service counter and the so called manager was arrogant and acted like were and inconvenience to her. We ask if these items can be put on too a gift card as the sizes was wrong and we did not have the time to shop. They first said they cannot do anything with out the slip them we said it's a gift the lady who was assisting us threw the stuff at the manager and said they want a gift card, the manager started and said she needs to get authorization for this transaction. So we waited and waited finally she came back and she said she spoke to her manager and they advised that they can put the items amount on a gift card at the price it's on their system which is fair since we don't know the amount but want was day light robbery they wanted to deduct a further 10 percent yes 10 percent of the amount on the system. So one item had a marked down price which was R450 on the system it was R390 and they refund R342.00 anther item was marked down to R310 they refunded R310.40.this is shocking for woolworths to rob customers like this. Mind you the dress that was R450.00 was not even marked down in store I will attached photos

My daughter and granddaughter decided to treat me to coffee and scones at Woolworths in Woodlands. Firstly, any empty tables were dirty and dishes from previous customers had not been cleared. We waited all of 10 minutes and then left. No effort whatsoever to clean the table or take our order. Shocking service.

Beautiful mall. Look after the elderly. Their battery operated shopping carts are just so great. Starbucks coffee awesome and very friendly staff.

Love the staff, they are so friendly, helpful, and they know most of their regulars by name.... Huge variety of food, for a small woolies

Clean, big, great customer service and it has woolies food.

The store feels a bit small and the shelves always look empty. You'll get a much better selection at Checkers or Parkview's Woolworths.

Extremely slow checkout. Only a single express cashier on duty out of a possile four at 13:30 on a Saturday.

Totally unable to get any service telephonically! Phoned 3 times and still unable to get any assistance just rings continually.

Absolutely love shopping here! Operating hours are pleasantly convenient.

Poor service, the waitress deliberately avoided us. Good food though
