Fresh foods, organic foods. Fruits and vegetables in season or out of season, we are very lucky to have the people like you who has the best interests of the customers at heart. You really go an extra mile. How do you do it? I think you offer lessons at a cost to all the other outlets. You are simply the best.

Super slow service. One teller open on month end. Other staff roaming around the till area and not assisting anybody. Waited in line for ages. No apology. Unfriendly staff.

This year most of their suits are not looking modern. And also they have forgotten about regular sizes in suits. They go with slim and tight fit about 99% 0f suits. At the cellphone counter there was no one. I waited and waited hoping someone will assist but No one till I left the store.

At the Food Court and really good. I personally find Woolworths cappuccinos the best of the lot. The chicken salad is always on the mark and their staff are 98% of the time, wonderful and friendly. Not in the best setting if there is any criticism but the Woolworths standard of quality is always there.

There's a huge selection of goods in this branch. Rather try to go there, than to a woolies inside a smaller mall.

Only one cashier. The other cashiers only do online orders. Unacceptable!! We ate standing in long ques and the ate unfriendly with us customers due to personel short staff

Great fruit and veg but we had our trolley taken from us right when we were to pay and moved to another till we had to wait in line for all over again, shockingly bad customer service. Improve this and the stars will go up. Maybe.

They have amazing coffee and nice roasted chicken.. their food is quality.. You will never go wrong when you want to do shopping..

Extremely bad customer service with minimum to no communication at all. Staff walk past you several times without assisting.

Did not have a suit bag / protector when buying a suit, cashier didn't bother to check at other counters in store just said the entire store doesn't have and asked if it's okay to just use a paper bag. If you have 100s of suits for sale surely you should have enough suit bags for them to go in.
