The team on the floor is on the ball and ready to assist. The store location and trading hours are so convenient. The store is fully stocked with home building accessories kitchen,bathroom etc.

Wanted to enquire about some tiles, the guy on the floor turned his back on me when i asked for his help, and the lady behind the counter just answered me that the tiles i was looking for was discontinued without looking on the system.

I am doing a Master Bedroom En-Suite Renovation and was in need of a bath and shower mixer and basin tap, shopped around and Tile Africa was best for price and have a good selection. Very helpful staff.

Great service but i did have a blunder. The tiles we bought are not all the same size and the dales rep didnt warn me about this. Lucky for me we are using a very good tiler who noticed this before we started the job and we could adjust accordingly.

The 9th of Aug was a public holiday. Granted. However, we found the Franke Cascade item we were looking for online from Leroy Merlin, instead, as well as the delivery and order to be less expensive and quicker than at the store we were at.

Worst service!! Nobody wants to assist except if they can communicate in their own language... Assistant walked past us to help customer entering 15min after us. The manager of the store is also no where to be found.

Boxes of tiles damaged from standing outside in the rain,loader has to sort tiles then assemble old boxes and tape together wasting your time

They stock a wide range of tiles but the service really lets them down. Strolling around for more than 30 minutes did not prompt anybody to come over and assist. Go there if you already know what you want but stay away if you need assistance and/or advice.
