They really need yo do proper capacity planning. It is Sunday, the shop is fully and they only have 2 people behind the tills, and only 1 workingtill. I am not sure if it is a slow strike but the staff is moving at a snails pace. What a terrible experience.

Unhelpful staff, rude, difficult to find what you want

I received a great service from Karabo Edgars Menlyn ladies footwear. I left the shop a happy customer due to his service and assistance with my last minute shopping. I would definitely rate his service a 10 out of 10. He took his effort to assist, even though his shift was over.

For a company who was, and probably still is, facing financial collapse, I find it inexplicaple that they cannot instill the value of good customer service on their staff. When I recently went to purchase a moisturizer at the Clinique counter I found the assistant very unhelpful and rude. She also felt that she was better qualified than my dermatologist regarding the application of my skincare products. Maybe she should just open her own practice? Edgars, you just lost another customer, I would rather do my shopping online.

Good customer service, good pricing and the store is nice and neat.

This place gives shopping all brands to choose from. Great sale when I went there.

My shopping experience reminded me why I love Edgars plus the Menlyn store is big and clean

Myself working in Retail I visited the Edgar's store in Menlyn looking for some shirts. Wow the stock levels improved alot and everyone greeted me when I walked passed them. True customer service. That's something Edgar's never did.

Very disappointed with the service at Edgars. I went to close my account at edgars and the lady at the till lied to my face saying that I cannot close the account in store and there is nothing she can do to initiate the process, because she was to lazy to start the process. Went to another till and the lady helped me close my account. No wonder edgars is failing if they're allowing their staff to lie to their customers.
