Thanks for not helping I have been a customer for a long time with clicks but thy can't help me with my tablets I am on suboxan I have been up an down for 3 weeks
My sister and I went for our first booster shots today. We were assisted by Ms Mbali and the sister that was on duty this morning. We have experienced real, good, old fashioned service delivery. Ms Mbali and the sister were friendly and very professional. We did not even spent 20 minutes in the pharmacy. We will definitely come back "home". Well done girls! Keep up the good work!
They focus and stock more beauty products and sweets than pharmaceutical products. You never find everything you need and you wait long to get your prescription. Rather go to dischem
Cannot complain about the service because there is none. These people think you as the customer owes them something. Most unfriendly staff probably in entire Pretoria area. That is why I prefer Dischem. I will rather drive another 5 km further for friendly service. Three people standing in the window at the front with only one till operating. I will not support this Clicks ever again.
There is ALWAYS a queue and not enough cashiers. Then they need to call more. Frustrating. Take a camping chair with you when picking up something. Slow checkout. No sense of time / urgency. Tick......tock......tick......tock......
Placed an online order on the 27th my parcel was out for delivery on the 29th at 6:30 am...they received it on the 29th but no one bothered to scan in my parcel and notify me that it had arrived. I had to call in twice to find out where my parcel is and when I got there waiting at the till...no one bothered to assist me the teller is just starring at me not even asking me if I need help and so did the supervisor....when I asked her when my parcel arrived why did I only get a notification after I called in all she says is....."joh it's been here for long, I don't know"....beyond bad service.

Useless. If you wanted to get your covid vaccine there, do not bother. The so called nurse cannot take stock or count and they make you wait for hours...
Very rude service! The special pricing is for Vitality members only, but the lettering is so small,I have to stand on my knees to read it.
Poor service and no people skills!!! They have a new ticket system at the pharmacy. I took my number and waited patiently for my number to be called. There was a child in the queue that pressed the machine repeatedly, therefore they cleared the numbers, as well as mine.... When everybody before and after me was served I was helped. The pharmacy manager Sharon Chingono did not apologise, and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, she implied that I did not hear my number being called, said none of it was their fault and said that she is sorry that I am upset but not sorry about what happened as none of it was her fault. Well I never.......... Absolutely unacceptable
