Well i went in on Saturday and decided up buy a pressure cooker. Had awesome service from staff especially Msiza the supervisor who assisted me with price match to get my discount . Staff were Uber friendly and efficient
What pathetic service I got at your store today. If I could, I would have given you no stars at all. I walked in, found what I wanted on the floor, asked the staff if you had stock of the Jabulani 4-Piece Patio Set Graphite and had the person confirmed there were two. After that, all service died down... An hour later and nobody came back to us to provide us with the product. We were promised by the salesman ? they will be back in two minutes, then another salesman ? joined and promised to be back in 5 minutes. In total, just to try and purchase an in-stock item at your store took more than one and a half hour... Pathetic, so say the least. Needless to say no purchase was made and the result is this review. I am so disappointed.
Great experience always but i was disappointed because they didn't have the stove I needed which was on promotion
If i could, i would give ZERO stars, staff ignores clients to ralk to each other, and ipon requesting help you get ignored. Requesting help from a teller seems the only way one can get assistance.
They lose orders and don't respond to emails and phone calls
Ordered items online which weren't delivered, got the runaround for a month and still waiting for my refund, pathetic service
I just bought a microwave recently. When I opened it, I have discovered that the microwave was previously returned by a customer. It was dented. The proof was the copies of the receipts by the customer inside the box. I quickly went to exchange it. This store must be ashamed of itself. Selling damaged goods at full price and taking advantage of customers is disgusting. This store must be discredited.
I bought a stove here, it took about 2 hours. Very slow service.
We was there this morning to buy a aircon we when to a first lady she call the guys that work on the aircons 20min later the guy picth up take the barcode and leave again 10min later come back he wil go in check at the back 30min later i went and look for him but no where to find and we left the store game at kollonade has the shites service
The below review is dated 11 April. Today I make a turn then boom, it's 5G! Well done Game store and the Kolonnade management! ________________________________ There's virtually no network connection in the Basement Level 0. All the shops from Toys R Us, Incredible Connection, Game etc - the entire section there's no network connection. You struggle to perform a Card transaction, forget about Tap n Go. You even can't make or receive calls when you're around that section. The sad thing is that this has been like this for years. What is Management doing with this? Where are your Signal Boosters? This is unacceptable!!!
