I bought a gas stove from Hirsch's. Ricky assisted me over the phone and in store. I wanted to pay with my Discovery miles and struggled a bit. The service from everyone was extremely professional and very friendly. I was surprised to get the same treatment from the people who loaded and strapped the stove onto my truck after opening it so that I could examine it. This store is definitely worth a visit. Even just to walk around.
We had the pleasure of being served by Ann today. We bought a Samsung Microwave. It was so refreshing to have good service. The Collection was also very professional , friendly and quick. They took the Microwave out the Box to show the Glass Tray was not damaged. 1st Time Customer and will def be back. Thank you and Well Done.
Got the stove I wanted in-store. Pity it wasn't shown online. Very helpful sales people. Always best to pay a physical visit to any shop.
I strongly recommend this place. I bought a washing machine from them on a Saturday and it was delivered the following day as promised. We were welcomed by friendly staff and assisted by Mr Join Mpheko with our sale. Would gave indept information regarding the product we wanted to buy. And thank the two gentlemen that assisted with the delivery& swift installation who had our machine running in minutes. We'll be returning here for our next appliance purchase.

Great service from the staff. What we ordered was delivered quite quickly and there were no issues with the final product. Happy.
Do not believe any promises of delivery times. Empty promises are made to seal the deal and they hardly ever keep to the agreed dates and times. It is a shambles - steer clear if you can and shop elsewhere from the start. UPDATE: Received an apology and delivery. Wish it were possible without a complaint.

Pretty good range of products and well stocked. Service is good 2/3 times. Not necessarily the place to do some browsing, it's best if you go ams know exactly what you want.
I received excellent customer service from John, the assistant warehouse manager and Mary the sales lady, they were friendly and helpful. I bought bosch gas hob and bosch oven. Before the delivery which was the next day, I decided to buy a Falco Cooker hood, Mary assists with online payment, and it was quick and easy. Everything was delivered at the same time. Thank you Hirschs Silverton
