I am definitely canceling my policy with you guys, I claimed for a funeral cover on Monday and three days later I still haven't been paid and the sad part is that I have been making follow ups and I have been given the run around, the first excuse was that my claim was not yet processed due to backlog, on the third day I am told that my claim form is not correct ,of which I didn't fill the forms myself I went to claim straight from the office's. I don't want to go through this with you guy's again. I am moving my policy to people who will offer convenience in this trying times

Poor customer service . Customer client service should have people that understands product than wanting to give people new policies.
