1. Debt Mediation - we do not list you on the credit bureau / Debt Review - you must be listed on the credit bureau.
2. Debt mediation - we do not charge any legal fees / Debt Review - you must pay legal fees.
3. Debt Mediation - we do not charge monthly collection fees / Debt Review - you must pay monthly fees until you settle all debt.
Our clients must call 011 645 9100 or email from www.xds.co.za to obtain a free credit report. XDS will email the credit report to the client, alternatively, the client can provide XDS with our email address. It is important that we receive the credit report at [email protected] in order to perform a free assessment and advice on how we can help you. After the assessment the client complete our forms and return them via email or fax.
In the meanwhile clients can also check our website www.itcclearance.co.za After making proper contact with our client, we do not deal with the client over Facebook. We request that all emails be sent to our inbox at [email protected] since we will be dealing with private information which we do not want to be shared on facebook.
