Boksburg North Police Station

SAPS Police man inside the van was very unprofessional and screaming on my for no reason. Only ask for to sign the document to Sworn affidavit by person who intends to travel to or from another province during alert level 3. Don't want to sign or stamp it. I did nothing wrong. only explain to sign it for me to travel to another province to work at the Anglo American mine.

I don't know why that station is still operational. We went to the station to open up a case for Theft, the police offices who were sitting there watching TV told us we should go back to the crime scene and look out for a Police van to assist us. Like really, is this what we paying you guys for, just to watch TV and tell people to go out and find help for themselves. I am so disgusted, absolute trash service we received, incompetent Station.

Their response time was absolutely shocking. After catching the person breaking in I pjoned them. None of their numbers get answered or it doesn't exsist. I waited nearly 2 hoirs for them to respond.

I would like to thank constable Thabalala for his support and help in reopening a case of n vehicle breaking and theft after the Kempton Park Cbd police station had missed placed my case files and I had not received a case number after a week of waiting, the staff members at the Boksburg north station was extremely helpful and quick, It's unfair to these hard workers to pick up the slack of another unprofessional station but still push through to do so in a helpful manner.

Thank you for the quick response. 18 minutes after calling them at 4am they where at our home to assist us. They were very professional & helpful.

Kak, Rubbish . Nobody knows what is going on at this station . Lack of people skills , lack of work skills lack of professional advice . And these are the people that are suppose to protect us . Lunch is from 13:00 to 13:30 , 13:50 the administration office open . We also have this to do . Eventually two very helpful officers came to my help . They did not have a clue what they were doing as it was not there department, but they figured it out and helped . More than the useless bunch that are suppose to be doing there job at the fingerprints and are never there . I rate my visit as -5 stars . Useless

Poor service. Various members stand around whilst one is the only one assisting a line of people. Tax payers money not working for us. Second visit: Rude female constable 'Mlobo' - should work in the back. Has no social skills

I have now tried 5 different numbers obtained from SAPS sms 2 and SAPS website 3 ... And NONE work!!!!!! How can we trust the Police if we can't even give them a call?

Not helpful. Arrogant. A real shame that a once good police force is useless now.
