Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Upon buying an alternator, we specifically asked, if it is the wrong alternator if we can return it. We MSi motors / Mahindra Benoni have been buying parts here for years. You have lost a frequent customer due to your unprofessional attitude. The vehicle that we fitted this alternator in wasn't even started with the alternator as the brackets did not line up. On return, your response is no return on electrical parts...this after we asked if we can return it and you agreed. We enquired on a Ford Fiesta engine and your quotation was R14500, I would've been happy to approve this part, but due to your dishonorable way of business, I will rather buy the engine for R3000 more from another spares supplier. I will not recommend this supplier unless you are looking for someone to cuss out your drivers. MSI Motors
