Vc Spar

First off, normally the experience is fine, sometimes great...BUT... Today, 20 December 2022, i stood by the processed meat section too long. A staff member called the lady responsible "Pinkie" I recall twice and then I lost my marbles and stormed out. Worst part is, Spar management won't even know or care.

This Spar is always low on certain necessary items and sometimes the price you see on the shelve is not the same price what you pay at the cashier. Also some items on the shelves don't have pricing displayed on the shelves. If I can give a rating less than 1 star I would certainly do so. NO VC Spar this is not how you do business and expect customers to be happy with sub level service.

I refuse to shop here. Haven't gone to the store in 4 months, then visited once to see if anything changed. Still very low on stock, especially promo items. Bakery only has standard things. Many items not in stock straight throughout the store. Very sad seeing that I used to ONLY buy from them, and no assistance if you ask about items out of stock. I asked about no stock on hot dog buns one Friday at 17h00 and the manager said its not his fault people buy stuff. This store has so much potential..

To the shop in its whole capacity, it's always a good experience shopping here. To some of the staff, friendliness cost nothing, greeting a customer makes the world's difference. Watching this lady getting irritated with this man.

Very convenient and clean where you have access to stores you might need most. Clean and we'll maintained area.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the squirrel gluten free rice puffs. It is always a struggle reading the ingredients of products saying rice puffs and then it still contains gluten. All that you normally get is sloppy porridge and it was really a great surprise to find this good tasting breakfast rice puffs. Well done Spar!!! Gluten free!!!!

Their money market is one of the few Spar's that doesn't support cash collections sent via Capitec Bank. How unfortunate. Their stocking of InfaCare baby formula is always lacking.

A very neat Spar with lots of variety of product. Friendly staff and helpful. My experience was a decent place for shopping. Thank you Spar management and staff.

For 6 years I supported this place and their staff treat you like they are doing you a favour. Client service is so bad that I will not support them any longer. Enough now!!!!!

Accused of stealing a pepsi with no proof. And after spending a R1000 in that terrible place. Then when asked for proof they apologize. Then Antonio tells us to take it up with the security! Will warn everyone to stay away.
