A very poor service we get at that hospital, the smell of antibiotics is all over the place.

My brother in law was admitted to the hospital 3 weeks ago & have lying here ever since without been treated by doctor's..... All they do is to come every morning & observe him than leave. He is a suspect cancer patient who can not swallow . He is fed through pipes. I've asked Doctor's to please transfer him to Bfn Hospital since he was treated & operated on there 7 years ago with the same symptoms but we are simply being ignored .

The nurses and doctors are kind. It is not too bad regarding cleanliness. The reason it is only get two stars is for the security at front gate. Since day one I parked inside in the big open parking space. Even slept in my car in that parking space. Today when having a medical emergency, I was told rudely that I have to park outside with the taxi's. As woman alone I felt unsafe and I had to run in order to be on time. More than half the parking spot was empty. I did not come for visiting hour, I came for emergency and was treated rudely. They were very disrespectful and unnecessary. They saw me go in and out numerous times. There is no security outside and I don't feel it is save leaving it there with the fact that I will only exit long past dark as a woman on my own to the outside where all these men and taxis are.

The place needs some extensive renovations,as this is a public hospital that caters for diaspora in Welkom.A lot is still desired for overall development and upgrading.

My wife was there...for C section They just took her to private room because all the rooms were full...and they left her for hours without any attention. She was in a very serious pains and bleeding loosing too much blood. Then my wife had to call me for some help.

Worst hospital ! You go here to die - not to get medical attention. Incompetent staff - dirty dirty hospital. I will never recommend this state-hospital and has made me feel ashamed to call myself a south-african. Not caring for our people. What a disgrace!!!!!!!

No care for patience they don't mind to postpone your operation for a priority of a year while each month you will be admitted to the hospital for week or more still your operation is not an emergency, I a sure those Dr never make an Oath

Poor services

This place is patetic,  no doctors to do the rounds. People lies on their beds and there is no decent docters,  with the holidays from december no docter visit the patients. This is so Scary,  you cant believe it.  What will happen next?  Good question!!!! Theres more,  but for nod it is enough said...

Staff are useless and arrogant,  why is his not beeing attended to. you  call 10 times before a person answer the call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
