I understand it's those times of that day that everyone wants to leave the hassles of work and go home. Upon my visit I greeted the lady behind the counter but her response was like, 'you are not welcome.' After the transaction I thanked her and bid my farewell but it landed on the screen partition.

I visited you petrol station on the 7th January 2024 & bought coffee at the Vide E Cafe. As I was leaving, your staff member at the coffee counter called me back to throw my sugar sachets in the dustbin. How dare he treat me like this? He addressed me in a really condescending manner. He works there & should throw them away. An argument then broke out between us. You can shove your petrol station.

Service slow waited a few minutes to be assisted to fill up petrol. Once finally assisted received fair service with windscreen cleaned

I love this garage, and only really get my car washed at this car wash, actually have washed myself since they closed for renovations! Came here today and yes I'm happy with the wash and vacuum as usual BUT the amount of ppl loitering and being left to loiter and drink in the car wash area, right by the cars does not make you feel safe, management need to put a stop to it because they will start loosing business, it's actually really rediculous cos I have never really felt unsafe here

Poor service.... Filled up Petrol here, Went inside to Order cappuccino Sandwich, guys at the Beverage told me to go pay first since I'm using V+ card... I get to cashiers the told me to go back at the same beverages guys to order... Im simply made to make walking excises in here... Clearly there's poor management or skills problem here. Customers service inside this Shell is not appealing as staff doesn't know how their shop operates...

The cafe Vida is shocking... cold cupachino served. So called batista heated the cup with steam . Unacceptable. Avoid like the plague.

Shell garage on corner str with access from Hans Schuman and president Fouche drive ,have a Debonair a pizza on sides.

Sometimes fill up my daughters car here with petrol and the guys and staff are awesome and ever so friendly and helpful. I think its the only time the front and back windscreen gets washed well she is a student I suppose and they gladly check the oil and water and of course pump up the tyres. Shop also very useful and convenient for last minute bread and milk shopping. Bring down the price of Diesel and I will bring my car too. I can go to Sasol down the road and get 10 ppm for a lot less. In fact same price or better than 500 ppm here.

The Batista at cafe vida, has hearing and attitude issues, maybe cafe vida should go back and train the plonkers what temperature a cappuccino should be

I need my time back... Service very slow waited 5 full min to be assisted only to be told late there is no 95
