Its a "nice" Spar and the revamp is well done, but it doesn't have half of what I need, the fresh produce selection both meat and fruit &veg is dismal and what they do have is not the best quality the cucumbers were all soft on one end and the checkout counters are not suited for anything more than a basket. Still had to go to another shop to complete my shopping needs. Good run to place if you just need to grab a few things.
Always nice to go. Always something on special. Always staff are good to me. Always a fair selection for this out of the way branch. Thanks for being just "there"

A shout out to Melissa - Really great service. She both weighed my bananas and rang up my purchases at the till... I could even tell she was smiling through her mask with the friendliness and warmth that radiated with her assistance. WELL DONE MELISSA!
Under new management. Obviously a couple of teething problems are expected. I bought a potato salad that was off, they didn't have clover 2lt full cream milk bottles. The shop is looking the best it's been in more than 10 years but the shop still looks rather empty. Another row can be added and variety increases. That shop has a huge potential client base due to the lack of competition but the average person will stop going going to a shop after they don't find what they looking for 3 times.
The store manager gave me a cold shoulder when i asked if they had dragon energy drink in stock at spar.i asked him by the door of spar it was around 12.30pm 16/05/22.He is slim bodywise and white in colour.i was not happy about the way he behaved I had to go inside and found a merchandiser inside the store who to me they didn't have stock I then left the shop.the security guards from engygine security by the door were friendly with me.
The staff are top - class and make it a pleasure to shop there.
Awesome service goes the extra mile, and you guys really made my daughters day after she had had a bad day at school you put a smile on her face by giving her an egg with a finger puppet in she was so happy xx
Store is absolutely clean. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Wish the deli had a bigger variety.
Best Spar in the area, always helpful and the managers really do go above and beyond.
