Friendly staff - good service

Contacted the brand on social media before arriving to confirm that prices are the same throughout all branches, they said it was. Got to the store and found that the prices are higher at Overport. Staff were also not very friendly and helpful.

Indian staff do not wear masks when dealing with patrons. I say Indian as the alternate on-floor staff were super sweet and immediately fixed their masks when they saw me entering and eagerly helped me find what I wanted. Lady at the desk by the wall paper stacks sits and stares which prompted me to force a greeting as it made me uncomfortable No mask as well!!!!. Bad attitude from the cashier and condescending nature. I will not be supporting in future. : Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere.

Lovely store. Prices match most of the other shops. Doesnt jave the best range of plain chiffon but has most of everything else. Cannot purchase cotton here or much haberdashery. Mostly just fabrics

Beautiful fabrics but the attitudes and rude disrespectful behavior towards customers and forcing to buy. Then makes a show of it to further humiliate the customer... poor customer service drove me out the store and purchase else where

Beautiful place. Excellent service. Go see for yourself. An exciting range of real beautiful stuff. It's too nice. I'm still thinking of the beautiful range of exclusive stuff.

Looking for material, no better place to go to than here. You are surely to get what u looking for. The service is excellent and prices too good to mention.
