What a great vibe. The set up and decor is just a place that makes you want to be there. Friendly staff that are very attentive. The menu had great looking options and presentation is stellar, however the food did not deliver on taste and quality. The starter was small and unimpressive. Something that can be made better at home probably. The chops were a bit dry, granted they are thinly sliced, the chicken wasn't cooked all the way to the bone. The burger wasnt really flavourful in comparison to the options that we have available to the public in other establishments. Especially at the price of a premium burger. The steak was not well cooked at the requested level. The highlight was the desert. Best part of the meal in presentation and taste.

This was such a lovely restaurant. It has a certain feel about it. The music is kept at a moderate level so conversation can be had whilst still bobbing your head. The crowed is young working class so there is a level of sofistication but vibrant and fun. I would definitely come back here.

The ambience, location and atmosphere of the restaurant is absolutely great. The service is top notch. I was let down by the food. Had a set menu and the dessert option was not what was on the menu. Lacked presentation and the chocolate pudding tasted nothing like chocolate pudding and it tasted like it was sitting for 3 days and got warmed up. So a bit of a let down there as I love my dessert. The cocktails are definitely their best trait and highlight of my evening. Overall, great place for drinks and catching up with old friends.

1st time and quite enjoyed it. The smell of the venue is amazing. The ambience and decor also well thought out and trendy. The service was good. The food was okay. Had the jack daniels bagel 15 hr slow cooked brisket. It was a bit tough for 15 hours and had pickles in it to cut the sweetness and the bagel had some green food colouring. I felt they really could have shined with that dish but felt quite disappointed overall. It seemed a bit like smoke and mirrors. The dessert was also 5 days old which we sent back. Was also quite disappointed with no cherry ale. Their coffee was great and their manager did apologise for the bad pudding experience. Would maybe visit again to try something else as I did enjoy the atmosphere.

The waitress was lovely but the overall service was poor without warning or offering takeaway cups and food containers they turn off the lights. Manager said we all know there's curfew and was barely apologetic. I don't often judge places negatively but this has been my worst restaurant experience in Joburg. Sushi was just above average.

Love the bar with stunning wine selection. Sushi was delectable and I did indulge in the creme brulee total yum!

Food was amazing even the waiters were very help it's such vibe & I will be checking it again soon

What a cute joint! Their gin cocktails are super yummy, warm set up and the food is pretty damn good. The burger patties are excellent actually! Definitely a fave their sushi too!!! Never disappointed!
