I recently bought a laptop from them and was able to specify changes to the order added RAM and SSD. They were very friendly and efficient. Their price already very reasonable was somewhat higher than company x which was the cheapest place I could get this specific laptop I already used company X and they messed up my order and the laptop's now out of stock there, so the lady managed to have the price reduced for me. The communication from their side was very professional and they replied to every question I had almost instantly and with much patience. When it came to the delivery of my laptop they said it will likely only be delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday the next week because of the added RAM and SSD installation, but in the end the delivery arrived on Thursday 6 days earlier. I'm typing this review on the new laptop which was received in great condition and is working perfectly -- I even had less bloatware on this laptop than laptops I've bought from other shops coincidence?. A special note of thanks to Sma, the agent that assisted me, she is such a great asset to this company.

Very effective and quick. I ordered a laptop which was processed immediately when they received my payment. Laptop was sent to me the following day, first thing in the morning with RTT couriers. Nnini Tsotetsi, tended to my e-mails and replied promptly each time, even just after 17:00.  Great website, easy to navigate, loads of products. Good comments on the web about Techno Vision from various clients I did my research before hand  To be trusted.

I was looking for a specific Lenovo Thinkpad laptop and Techno Vision offered the best price by far! They were quick to respond and very helpful when I had a few questions about the specs. Sma Litsooane updated me regularly and customer service was great in general! Truly the best place to buy a laptop in South Africa!

Lack of service. No contact confirming the order. Time for delivery confirmed and not kept. Service needs to improve.
