The staff were great. I am doing my first tri in 2 weeks and needed to ask questions and have a look around the shop. My questions were answered with great patience and products were shown to me with a lot of patience. Orca is well known. I am very happy with the gear I bought and feel more confident with it due to great assistance and advice
Terrible customer service from the lady at the front desk - her attitude was uncalled for. As a consumer i am allowed to return an item if there is a problem with it. Also in future, issue your customer with proper tax invoices, i also think i should report you formally to SARS and the CPA for this breach.

Don’t try returning faulty Orca products they just don’t respond.
