The recreational space is a great place to be to channel your inner child AND keep fit. It's definitely a fun way to workout. Do yourself tge favour of booking online, it's cheaper and prevents wasting time in lines. The socks you get are also convenient for personal uses around the house too. A wonderful experience!
It is a great place for kids and teens to have fun and enjoy while moving their bodies. However, it was very disappointing to see they have installed a massive TV in the toddlers area. The kids are now drawn to throwing balls to the tv to play the game, instead of jumping and doing all the fun activities. They should take that tv out
What an experience! Staff are so helpful. The little bouncers corner for the little ones are incredible. My child was safe there the whole time. She can't stop talking about it! Loved every second and will definitely recommend to all my friends!
If you really wanna de-stress this is the perfect place for you. You'll definitely enjoy yourself while getting tired at the same time. Bring your family members for a fun time
My kids loved it, its colourful with different games for all ages. A good place to have with the Kids
Spacious, clean and a joyful place for kids. Can be super busy on weekends. Great for parties. You can book a party room in advance. They have great branded party pack gifts and their food platters are yummy. There is a coffee shop upstairs with seats. Can order drinks or a light meal whilst waiting for your kids. Organized, there is an allocated "guardian" for each group. Not recommended for autistic children on weekends, the noise and the buzz can be overwhelming.
Thank you to Nandi and Rufus for making a few girls very happy and giving them the chance to experience the love from all the staff working there. This place is exceptional for kids or adults young at heart and you can't get better service anywhere in the world.
Great experience for young and old. Good way to get the heart pumping. Note to self: You will be stiff in places you didn't even know you had muscles. The Tuckshop is convenient and the coffee is quite good.
Loved n enjoyed every moment. Went there with my sister and nephew.The staff is so helpful and very friendly. The environment is both kid and adult friendly. I am embarrassed to say but I was struggling able to climb the wall, but the staff helped n were patient. Lol It was fun.
My previous review was a poor one, but after receiving great rectifying support from Bounce staff, I am upgrading my experience. Thank you Bounce for making things happen. You'll see us again.
