Boxer Bochum ..No one is qualified to work at this store .. all including the managers are lazy. On a busy day you have to arrive at 7 and you will absolutely go after 7 hours.. Boxer Bochum need to re trIn their staff.. The cashiers do not care

I am a regular customer at Boxer Chris Hani and I am amazed by this cashier Zinhle Mabaso who is so selfless and passionate about her job.Especially during pension days, you will just be marvelled by her patience and being served by her is priceless! Respect is one rare quality that is hard to find amongst cashiers and this young lady has shown to have tons and tons,how I wish she could share that with her colleagues . I am one customer who loves and appreciates great service and would carefully choose which supermarket deserve my money.I am happy with Boxer Chris Hani it is a pleasure to visit!

Boxer Noord street Johannesburg is the cleanest store ever , my favorite cashier is the most humble and caring woman called Mme Lettie Maboko , she is always working at the kiosk , she loves her job so much. I love how she juggles her till and the lotto machine at the same time , and her manner of speaking with customers is out of this world. If you are asking for cash back from her till in the morning and it happens that she doesn't have, she quickly askes her fellow collogues to assist the customer as quickly as possible . Funny enough I live in Lenasia and my closest boxer is Trade route mall, l get to go there on weekends. Weekdays when I go to work I always buy bread or anything that's on special at Boxer Noord street. I love being assisted by Mme Lettie Maboko .

Kindly please retrain your staff especially the cashiers. I do have the name of one the them .that lady she is not suppose to be saving the customers the she is rude .imagine l do my shopping almost every week .serious you will be losing customers one going to other storea because of one person l had a bad experience today.pliz teach them to respect the customers and l cant buy a grocery of about 2000 and after that l have pack it for my while is folding his hands.if you want the name l do have .very rude.

Boxer Distribution Centre Polokwane is the worst of all, especially for a truck driver. I've been standing near since Friday 12/11/2021 to deliver a load from a supplier. It is not the first time I am waiting that long to deliver a load. They refused me to enter and off-load on friday night due to "previous issues" Issue #1 I refused to leave the entrance gate to deliver a time-scheduled load, after waiting for more than 5 hours. Issue #2 I refused to repack a full pallet of peanut butter, whereby the pallet has been cracked, although it was loaded by the supplier. It was unnecessary, for the product was not damaged and the pallet was still in a good working condition. It is unacceptable for any transport company to be put in such a situation and therefore it could lead where transporters will decline future loads, delivering Boxer's products.

Boxer Superstore at Mandela Square what a shame to the brand, the managers treat their stuff like dogs, the one cashier had not enough change and asked the rudest most f..d up individual I've ever seen in a supermarket. And she said is not her problem she doesn't have change and I mean it's in the afternoon clearly they must have change in the office or by some of the cashiers draws to give her. It disgusting that boxer doesn't train its managers to serve customers with respect and not throwing tentrams in front of us very bad. Never going the ever again

Boxer at Hammarsdale junction mall, their service lives so much to be desired. They don't keep to the opening times. If want to buy you must stand in a very long queue. Customer service only exists in theory. Spar next to door opens at 7AM they are no long queues like it's happens Boxer. Cry the beloved country.

defence mechanism of Boxerstore bosses is so annoying because I have been complaining about price hikes in rural areas and the only thing I get is that it’s because of Covid19. I set down on their lobby to have a conversation and the boss of boxer escorted me outside like I'm some trouble maker to have a conversation that lead nowhere. investigated his prices right in front of me without even knowing how much they cost and he goes out about what they are doing for the poor yet they nailing them on certain prices. I'm gonna bring this up to the amambandla family before I personally take this to court, these type of stores who take advantage of our people in rural areas need to be noted. If you gonna treat me like I'm some trouble maker, I'm gonna be a trouble maker. There was no need for me to be escorted outside like that at all. You will pay greatly for this.
