I went there there on Friday 20th Jan 20, I ordered 2 × Quarter Chicken Only with extra sauce, 1 starter livers. When I paid I checked my till slip, to my disappointment the cashier added two chips with the order. I told her that I did not order chips. She tells me that this is a special with the chips. Then she rudely said what I want instead. I informed her that I ordered two pieces of chicken only with livers. She started giving me options, coleslaw, spicy rice etc. This annoyed me and I told her to cancel the chips as we don't eat chips and any other sides. After I collected the order, I requested for a butter for the roll, the assistant informed me that it does not come with starter livers????? When I get home, another disappointment and nothing new, no extra sauce. However the chicken was tasty, obviously after adding our sauce. Nandos in Malvern need to up their game.
Today for the 3rd time my order for the kids burger meal came without a bun. On the previous two occasions I addressed it with the store manager Aiden who gladly replaced the meal. I was very tolerant and understanding over this but today I lost my patience. When I called the branch they would answer the call but cut it let alone the 10 times they didn't answer. I sent Aiden a personal watsup and he hasn't responded. I then called the called centre and gave them an official complaint. Clearly they do not know what they are doing and if they are as busy as they claim.... then manage the store effectively. Get more staff Aiden and train them efficiently, dismiss them or better still you get the order done yourself. I I could rate it zero stars I would have. Pathetic service and disgusting food.
Flies killed the experience. It was disgusting. There were 4 or 5 flies at my table the whole time, flying in slow motion trying to sit on my food. I got tired of chasing them. I ended up leaving a little salad on one plate so they could feast on that while I tried to eat in peace. I looked around for pest control stations and found one across the room from me was on, but the one right next to me was off. Why would it be off, especially in the hight of summer? Nando's can do better really.
The service was great. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. My wife and I were really impressed with the vegetarian meals we ordered. The Haloumi veg wraps were absolutely delicious. What really stood out was the turnaround time for the meals when they were absolutely busy. Most other eating outlets in the Malvern area were closed and Nandos Malvern came to the rescue. Thanks guys!

I went to the nandos in Malvern with a friend for a nice meal and instead of going for coffee after, we decided to have some at Malvern nandos, it was terrible, very bitter and less milk, and the malva pudding was very chewy, generally their food is the best, this time, it wasn't good, the rice pot had very mildly flavoured chicken and the rice was hard. I was very disappointed. We spent alot of money.
This place is awesome. Customer service is superb. Managers and staff welcome and treat customers like family. Restaurant is clean and in an upkeep condition. Food is prepared to your satisfaction and served with proper serving etiquette. My favorite Manager is Shanice. She takes pride in everything she does and always smiling. Ask for her the next time you visit or order your meal. Its my favorite Nandos branch with awesome staff.
Was very good but did not like they did not add extra basting to my meal and chicken was not well done as I asked Kid-friendliness: Excellent service
Staff at counter always polite to me, Advize you on specials etc. Food quality is goodFood: 5/5
