New attendants need to trained properly, second time it has happened when the attendant took over twenty minutes to try redeem a Vodapay voucher and eventually had to pay with credit card

Staff here treat you otherwise when you're black. I feel like the reason I was not allowed to buy here was because I was not on my suite today. . .was told my R10 not is too old to buy here, "other customers will not acceptit" so she said. When i asked is it fake, she said no but it is old. . . She works at picknpay express counter. . .

Under new management, this place is so user unfriendly. Last week, I couldn't withdraw cash at the till and today I couldn't pay for fuel inside with my groceries. What the hell is the point of PnP and BP being together if I can't even have the convenience of using both their facilities without all this hassle? The employees all say its because of new management. Get your ducks in a row!

The customer service is excellent if you drive a nice car. Parked for more than 20min with all the petrol attendants ignoring me. The only assistance I got was them pointing me to the tap so I can go get my own water to put in my car. Even after they were done assisting fancy cars, they all stood back and watched me clean my windows. WOW dissapointing

Having a Pick n Pay Express here makes this a convenient garage. Service is good too.

Worst service ever, the petrol attendants they don’t direct cars into the pumps, they don’t greet you find others busy on their phones, we had to call another one by the name of Charles and we asked him are you working or we must someone else and he was like “o nyaka eng” really is that the service you give to your customers ? Or maybe it’s about tips or race ?

Pick n Pay express now open. Half their products have no prices. They can't keep stock of sugar-free drinks - in this health-conscious age they just have sugar sugar sugar. Where's my Coke Zero? They're a bit unfamiliar when it comes to digital Smart Shopper scans, so I've lost points a couple of times, but otherwise a good, friendly store.

I love the renovations they have done to their store. And the fact that its pick and pay franchised means stuff is cheaper. I could find things that I could not find before. The staff is super friendly and the do their job super effeciently

Now that’s what I call an inconvenience store where is everything??? What can we even buy from there? The tellers give you a smug look the whole time and don’t have an explanation for anything they don’t have. Geez. So much for the motivational board right on the road convincing you they have the best service as for the petrol attendants I have no words

I found the staff highly selective in who they served. If you arrive in the latest sports car or German sedan, then you'll be served first. If you're in anything else, forget about it. As much as I understand they would be doing this mostly for the tips...but it comes off a little racist given the suburb
