Bought a R400,00 BP voucher from vodapay app. Was supposed to get R440,00 worth of petrol. The voucher number was declined, twice. I then had to pay R440,00 with my credit card for petrol. I then tried to call Vodacom to get a refund, they say they can't refund a voucher. They gave me the number for the BP bolt technical department saying I must give this to the petrol attendants manager to call. They still couldn't tell me who would refund me the R 40,00 extra I had to pay. Must I as a paying customer be responsible for the training of BP attendants, or must BP and Vodacom take responsibility for the lack of foresight when developing a inferior product???? Either way I am currently out of pocket having spent R840.00 for R440,00 rands worth of petrol.
Shocking service. I asked the lady at the food counter for an item, she acknowledged me and then continued to have a 3 min conversation with a colleague,not about work with someone while I stood and waited for the barcode. I left without purchasing anything due to this.
Well this is not so bad, ... The guys at the pumps are friendly, "perhaps" it's because they know me, as I use this garage frequently! ! Inside the shop it looking good, it's clean and have lots of stuff, there's always coffee and tea, and there's ready made food I have used the car wash maybe once or twice, and it was not bad although it could be better. It was running by a private guy, lately, it looks like it's very neglected, all dirty and disorganised ...they should find ways to fix this ... It's conveniently located God bless
