Petrol attendants are friendly and helpful. They have a way of bringing a smile to peoples faces. Picknpay express has delicious fried chips. Excellent customer service, Haven't experienced any bad service. The store and customer toilet are always clean. Cashiers and all the staff are doing a great job...

Friendly service with a smile, pity my Pick n Pay rewards card did not work when swiping on their card machine so I guess I've lost on some rewards points. The pump attendant did try swipe a few times & advised me that unfortunately there is no other way to register my spend which is a little silly in these technological times.

Staff are great. The pies was fresh and the shop was neat and clean

BP doesn't do TymeBank deposits anymore therefore I'm not going to pore only at their filling stations anymore because when I deposit I'm also able to fill in my tank as an E-hailing businessman I receive cash and all money has to go through the bank first before use. So BP You've lost my business.

Just wondering why it is ok that 3/4 tellers and 2 petrol attendants were not wearing their masks during my visit there while I have been wearing mine for 12 hours in a hospital? Or do your staff like putting customers at risk, your big signs outside dont make much sense if your staff don't follow the rules

I would take the old management and shop over this place ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. Since renovation staff are rude, they don't care about their jobs, and management is no where to be seen. Pathetic. Bring back the old management that made the people happy!

So happy the have a wild bean cafe here and not that PnP Monsters are priced well at R19.00 which is way better than the shell down the road which is R29.00 Not a fan of anything attached to Pick n Pay so don't use the shop

Bp is nice place where you can buy breakfast and soft drink and luch is there is really good
