Poor customer service. after pouring a full tank I went inside to make withdrawal at the till the cashier said I must spend at least R20 for the transaction to be done this after having already filled a full tank.
They ask you to pay before they pour petrol
The staff members @ this service station are excellent, it is just management that ill treats us customers, thats the reason I would not recommend going there, mangement there have zero customer service, I am sure they think they doing customers a favour, if u have a problem they will never assist u & they are so rude.
