BP Salt Lake

I was traveling on Saturday 28 Jan morning and stopped by this store around 5am. The staff was sleeping. We went inside to grab pies and snacks and the ladies came out from the back with drool on the face and very irritable. We then had to wait for them to get the till slip to print. This took over 35mns, during this time we inquired what the delay was about and if the items could not be sold without this thing printing. None, I mean none of them said a single word not even try apologize for the delay. I then noticed that none of them were wearing name tags and upon inquiry, the 1 behind the glass answered and said they had forgotten them at home, this with smile on her face, we were also told that the shop has no manager nor supervisor. I have never experienced such, my entire life, customer service does not exist in this side of town?

Good service fast there shop could be a bit bigger and then lower your prices on snacks and drinks you not a 5 star private jet you are a convenient store please

Exceptionally well and there is also the Pick n Pay to grab some fast food

Good fast service when you fill your car with petrol all equipment are in good working order what I also like is that they sell google play store recharge cards so I don't have to drive all the way to the mall and hope I can find a shop that sells google cards

The service was ok but the place needs to be looked after like to be cleaned it has has a beautiful garden that needs to be maintained and the garage itself needs attention and the stuff needs more encouragement to look after their customers like to clean their windows check tires and they must do that on their own we as customers don't have to ask them to do that but with my experience at the garage I had to ask the person to clean my window check my tires and he was not happy about it so I would say train your stuff to look after customers

Their service is very professional and their staff is very very friendly.

The petrol attendants there, the very best. I feel like they all attended a customer service course. Keep up the great job guys

Services is good. Love their fried potato chips are crispy and fresh.
